With advanced capabilities like ODO meter, which helps you to get a real-time view of the length of the fiber optic cable being blown along with the speed of the optic fiber cable blowing. To get a complete grip on cable blowing, we have provided a speed controller system, the blowing machine technician can set the speed and easily blow the cable at his comfort levels. This advanced Z series cable blowing machine is equipped with an emergency stop button, which can help to prevent cable damage in unforeseen circumstances. FIBERJET Z series fiber optic cable blowing equipment includes real-time monitoring of Air pressure in the blow head chamber, thus enabling the cable blowing operator to have real-time control over the entire fiber optic cable blowing system.
It is designed for optical fiber cable installation of cable diameters ranging from 8mm – 27mm in ducts of diameters ranging from 20mm – 63mm. This fiber optic cable blower is powered by a hydraulic power pack that runs on an 8.5HP petrol engine. This allows the cable feeding unit to blow optic fiber cable to up to 2,200 Meters in one shot with pushing forces ranging from 0-650N. With air pressure up to 12 Bar and using a Pneumatic control valve, a recommended airflow rate of 400 CFM can be supplied through the duct allowing the fiber optic cable to float and move easily in the duct. Using a speed control valve it is possible to feed the cable through this blower machine with a speed best suited to the application, it can also achieve cable blowing speeds up to 100m/minute.
