FIBROD STAGGER

The FIBROD STAGGER DUCT RODDERS are mid & big size COBRA RODS that are used for pulling optical fiber cable into the underground HDPE ducts. These Rodders have a commendable tensile strength yet are flexible to take those curvy underground stretches. These Rodders are among the toughest Rodders available across the world.

The outer diameter starts from 8mm up to 16mm. These Mid and big size Rodders come in length from 100 meters to 500 meters and are customizable as per customers requirements. The maxi Rodders come with an optional copper core.

FIBROD BIT30: BIT30 is the next diameter among the standard Duct Rodder available in FIBROD series of Push-Pull Rodders. The outer diameter of the rodder is 3.0mm and the inner core is 1.5mm. The length available is up to 30 Meters (100’)

FIBROD MOD8: MOD8 is the commonly used Duct rod diameter in Europe & the USA. This will have a core size of 5.5mm and has an outer diameter of 8.0mm. The maximum length available in MOD8 is up to 200Meters.

FIBROD MOD9: MOD9 is the most commonly used python rod model. The strength of this rodder is high when compared with all its predecessors. The outer diameter of MOD9 duct rodder is 9.0mm and the inner core is 6.5mm. The maximum length available in BIT45 is up to 300Meters.

FIBROD MOD11: The MOD11 is also among the most commonly used duct rodder model. This model can easily have rod lengths of 300 meters. The outer diameter of the MOD11 duct rodder is 11.0mm and the inner core is 8.0mm. The maximum length available in MOD11 is up to 350Meters.

FIBROD STAR12: The STAR12 stagger is predominantly used where the need for a stronger rodder arises. This model can easily have rod lengths of 300 meters. The outer diameter of the STAR12 duct rodder is 12.0mm and the inner core is 9.0mm. The maximum length available in STAR12 is up to 350Meters.

FIBROD APEX14: APEX14 duct Rodder is widely used where the duct diameter increases and the need for the length for cable pulling also increases. The APEX14 stagger is provided with the highest FRP core size of 11.0mm. The outer diameter of the APEX rodder is 14.0mm. This rodder frame has 4 wheels which make it easier to move and have a pretty strong gauge to sustain tough site conditions. They come in length up to 500 meters (1600’).

FIBROD ULTIMAX16: The ULTIMAX Staggers are the highest size rodders. Widely used where the duct diameter increases and the need for the length for cable pulling also increases. The ULIMAX16 stagger is provided with the highest FRP core size of 11.0mm. The outer diameter of the ULTIMAX rodder is 16.0mm. ULTIMAX16 is among the toughest rodders available in the world.
